Inspiring young people

There's nothing greater than when young people help inspire and educate their peers. At the Youth Sport Trust we firmly believe young people should be in the driving seat for change. Together they can harness their knowledge, energy and enthusiasm.

Young people themselves are the best possible advocates for 2012, which is why our Young Ambassadors programme is so powerful. These 14 to19 year olds bring alive the inspiration and magic of the Games to other young people in their schools and communities by living out and promoting the values.
